As the owner of Min/Max Training, I have been 'pumping iron' for over 20 years. Past and current passions include wrestling, football, baseball, jiu-jitsu, kettlebell sport, power lifting, obstacle races and endurance runs (marathons and ultra-marathons). I am a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. I understand and incorporate focus, drive and discipline into everything I do; in and out of the gym. Success in the self-employment arena has provided me with the time and opportunity to pursue my true passion; Working with current and aspiring athletes and competitors. "Understand that when you work with me, I place equal emphasis on internal and external results. This is especially important for all my competing athletes out there. AMANDA
I specialize in helping women achieve long-term health and fitness results. I absolutely love empowering women to be strong, knowledgeable, confident and healthy. I also provide coaching to compete in kettlebell sport. Training is so much more than knowing the proper fitness movements. Each person has different needs, goals, likes and challenges. I know how to infuse a program into your life that sets you up for success! On a personal level: I love my husband, my family, my dogs and my friends (not necessarily in that order). My husband and I work from home...together...24/7...365. And we LOVE IT! We started our own health journey about 7 years ago. We had to learn how to take care of ourselves and change our own lives before we could help others. And we are excited to help YOU achieve your goals. Xo, Amanda |
